Why ABC soaps?

Well, those are the only soap operas that I really watch anymore. When I was younger I watched Dark Shadows, the Secret Storm, the Guiding Light, Love Is A Many Splendored Thing, and more. Sometimes, I still watch episodes of the "Young and the Restless," but I don't find it as interesting as the story lines on these ABC soaps. For example, I don't think anything can top the performance that Trevor St. John as Todd Manning gave in the May 29, 2006 episode of "One Life to Live," entitled, "Todd's Execution." By the way, there is an encore presentation on Monday, September 4, 2006 at 2 p.m., Eastern Time.
