Soaps on DVD

If you missed your favorite episodes of any soap, you will probably be able to purchase it on DVD. No matter how far back you have to go. That seems to be the fad these days. The complete first season of this; the complete first season of that. Gone are the days of taping your favorite show, using a VCR tape recorder. Now, we have SOAPnet, downloads from the Internet, and DVR. Gone are the Primetime soaps such as "Dallas," "Knots Landing," "Dynasty," "Melrose Place," and more. Unless, of course, you watch them in syndication. Now, we have "Desperate Housewifes," "North Shore," "Summerland," and a slew of reality shows. And, every country has one. Soap operas, day or night, are not limited to the Americas. After all, who can resist a daily dose of adultery, murder, lies, warring families, surprise marriages, ill-fated romances, and of course, sex.
